Advice on a timing device to remind me to take T3

HI ALL,

I need to have a type of alarm that I can put on my wrist to also wear in the

night, but I want to be able to set up about 4 alarms in the course of a day

that use a vibration to remind and awaken me to take T3. The reason for a form

of vibration alert is in case I ended up in hospital, as I would not want to

disturb other patients in the night.

Does anyone know of such a device. I do have a mobile phone, but I do not want

to end up crushing it, and they might not allow them in some hospitals.
