Hi

I just wanted to say that I am now taking my first NDT dose at 4.30am and am

feeling so much better. I then need to split my rfemaining dose and take half at

12 noon to stop slumping and half at 5pm. I know that I am not yet at my optimal

dose but hopefully won't be too long.

The GP has requested my annual blood tests which I get done this Friday, so

quite conveniently, it might give me an idea of where I am.

The blood draw is at 11.50 am as they don't have anything earlier. When would

you suggest I take my last NDT to get the most accurate result.

Also, has anyone lost weight once on NDT. I am so desperate to lose and have not

been able to sespite being 100% on Slimming world plan for over 12 months. It is

static, but need to drop some soon. I have also started to go low carb to see if

that helps.
