Waiver Provider Manual

Hi all:

I have actually had the Waiver Provider Manual in our files section

since the beginning of the year! I totally forgot it was there.

Fortunately, Mike Kaminsky, Director of Illinois Life Span sent me the

manual and when I went to our files to upload it, I saw that I had

already done it!

For those who are interested, look to your left on the home page of

IPADDU (http/health./group/IPADDUnite/)

and click on Files. Scroll down to the file labeled Medicaid, Medicaid

Waivers and Social Security (it is in purple, so it is distinctive),

and you will find the manual in that file.
