I just realized I put the wrong no for the Detective, here's the

correct no:

Detective Vaughn Becker 865-259-1207

Sorry about that. I'm also trying to find the pictures of his abuse to

post in the photos section so you all can see what I'm talking about,

but for some reason my comp won't open them, I'm going to ask the mom

to resend them to me & post them when she does.

I'm giving them 24 hrs, if I don't hear anything by 5pm today, I will

begin faxing my statement to local, state, and federal government

leaders, the state commissioner of Dept of Children Services, local

and national news agencies, along with Cornell, who continue to train

these people who are continually abusing our kids. If I don't hear

anything I'll forward my complete list of contacts.

The mother has the video the school made of the incident. She's

currently trying to get it uploaded to You Tube so the world can see

what happened with her son. She is also filing a grievance with local

law enforcement and the county mayor, I have written the Dept Of

Children Services commissioner requesting full disclosure of how to

file a grievance with their failure & to have my statement added as

part of the official investigation, Cornell's TCI, and a few others.

The mother tried for over a month with local media before the one

reporter did the story. They are just not interested here in doing

anything about people with autism, and they assume any kid who gets

restrained, no matter how abusive or how many black & blue marks, was

probably deserving of it. That's how law enforcement is acting too,

and it doesn't help that it's in Clinton, where everyone is related

from teacher to police officer to DA.

Hi all:

FYI...

YOUR ACTION IS NEEDED! PLEASE CALL THE GOVERNOR TOMORROW.

The Governor's number is (312) 814-2121

Message to the Governor

I'm calling the Governor to tell him I fully support the closing of

Howe Developmental Center and I want him to ensure former residents

of Howe will receive the funds necessary for them to live in the

community. If any money is left after transitioning folks, this

money should be put back into community based services for people

with developmental disabilities.
