Adult Home-Based Support Services Award Letter Update

Thanks to all that responded. I received a call from PACT today and

she is sending me a list of Home Based Providers. She said I then call

them and ask them what they provide and see which one best meets

Chris's needs. I know of Ray Graham and Little Friends and she said

there were others. Is anyone working with any Home Based Providers in

DuPage? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I am not sure what

to ask or how ANY of this works. My son has Down Syndrome, is 27, has

a part time job and goes to activities with the Hansen Center Gateway

programs. Can anyone share what types of services they get and where?

We have been very happy with Ray Graham as a provider for home based services.

However they do

not hire PSW. You would have to find your own employees. They are also located

near Downers Grove

I heard that Little Friends was no longer a service provider for home based but

I don't know if you

can use funds to access some of their services such as therapy.

Little Friends is still a service provider as our son goes there.
