Guest guest
I received this as a member of the Will Coumty Disability Advisory board. We have been meeting with PACE and RTA and are working toward (it is VERY slow process) getting changes in the paratransit system, like Ride DuPage. To be discussed at this meeting are changes that they are making now to the regular PACE system(some good, some perhaps not - depending on where you live), which affects paratransit because you have to be within 3/4 mile of the standard system. There will also be a chance to comment at a later separate meeting, or via the website listed below. We, as a committee, would love to see these meetings packed as we are saying there is a great need out here for improved services in both systems.
