What happens when caregiver .Group Homes no longer can care for love ones

My Sister just pass a week ago AT THE AGE OF 61 Years old she had Down

Syndrome.. AT THE AGE OF 57 she had Alzheimer and Seizure. with in a

year they know longer could take care of her. She had to move to a

nursing home. Her family was there for her The Nursing home and

Hospice was great. But what happen when the only family and friends

are the group homes . The ladys did come the service for my sister

because we kept in touch. I want to know why the group home do not have

their own Nursing homes or more in hoem care for them . I have a Son

with Autism I would like to see more nursing home for the adults with

disibilty so they can still have their family and friend .Because

after we are all gone their Group Home or care giver are all they have.
