Hi Teri and ,

Welcome to IPADD and thanks again for agreeing to be our Guest

Experts this week. I'll start the ball rolling with some general

questions:

1) Describe a microboard.

2) How did they get started, in what states, and how is it there is

a project promoting development of these in Illinois?

To any members new to IPADD who have not participated in our Ask the

Experts sessions before, here are a few ground rules --

* When posting a question, be sure to note in the subject line

something about Ask the Experts, question for , question for

Teri, etc. This helps our guest Experts quickly scan thru the posts

to find the questions posed to them.

* Questions on the topics of Microboards & Human Service Co-

operatives can be posted anytime this week; expect to hear a reply

from or Teri within 24 hours of your post. All questions and

answers go out to the entire group so that we all benefit from the

information.
