Body Detox Tips

http://www.bodydetoxtips.com/

Let us first look at the reason why we detox our body. Over a

period of time, our body has stored everything from toxins to

unwanted digested fecal matter in the colon. Yes, it stays right

there in the colon, making having a bowel movement difficult.

This can be very bad for your body, and there are body detox tips

to help you better understand how it works in your favor.

If you are always feeling bogged down, exhausted and have body

aches, these may be signs that you do need a detox. Your body

does store toxins, even in those organs that are used as a

detoxifier for your body. It is wise to keep these organs clear,

so here are some body detox tips for the liver.

* Since the liver is the main organ that purifies the body, you

will need a good detox program to effectively detoxify it.

* Usually, a good liver detox consists of raw fruits, raw

vegetables, and water.

* It is recommended that you stay on the liver detox for 28

days.

Milk thistle is a great liver antioxidant. It also prevents liver

damage.

There is a recommended concoction before you eat that is highly

recommended to aid in the detox process. Another body detox tip

is to mix drinking water with a tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive

Oil, pure organic lemon (squeezed) and a little grounded ginger.

This will also increase the alkaline, therefore preventing your

cells from becoming too acidic.

The oil is necessary for the aiding of removing the toxic bile

through your gall bladder.

There are other body detox tips for certain parts of your body,

as well. The respiratory system is always on the front lines. So

keeping your body's cells clean, it enables your body to produce

the necessary energy (carbon dioxide) to remove the toxins.

Of course, the digestive system is used as well. Food is

processed into the blood stream and is used to build tissue

throughout your body. It detects what is good and not good for

your body when something is consumed. When it is harmful, it

removes it out resulting in vomiting and diarrhea.

Here is another great body detox tip:

Your kidneys are responsible for flushing toxins from your body.

When you go on a detox diet, the liver will push all those toxins

to the kidneys. Wouldn't you agree that the kidneys need to be

prepared for this? There is an herbal kidney flush that can do

just that.

Since your bowel is the main organ that actually removes the

processed waste out of your body, it can become clogged, slowing

down the process of waste removal.

Did you know that you could have excess waste stored along the

walls of your bowels? Do you notice a change in bowel movements?

Have they become lesser or are you constipated, a lot? If so

taking heed to these body detox tips is definitely the right move

for you.

As always, make sure that you talk to a health care professional

before beginning any detox diet. There are several to choose from

and your doctor will know what is right for you.
