Guest guest
Could anyone forward this info on to the Wheaton Church that has the support group? I forget their name at the moment, sorry. They might be a great source of stories, though, as I believe their members come from all walks of life, ages, etc. Laurie Need a Wheaton family with a compelling story... Hi all: The Illinois Council on Developmental Disabilities will be hosting a Townhall Meeting December 8th in Wheaton. They are looking for prospective panelists to share their stories. This will be attended by your local legislators so, it is critically important that they hear real life stories from their constituents. If they don't think there is a need for money to fund supports and services in their legislative jurisdiction, they will simply move on to the many other issues that abound in their Districts. This is your chance to make sure they know that individuals with developmental disabilites reside in their Districts and they are in dire need of help. For specifics please contact Coorey, whose contact information follows. Thanks! Ellen Coorey Serafin & Associates 409 W.
