You have decided to go ahead and go on a detox. " What in the

world am I going to eat " ?, you ask yourself. There are many

possibilities and a variety of body detox recipes for you to

choose from. Because there are certain foods that you can eat and

it is a very strict diet, you may enjoy some of these recipes

verses eating raw fruits and vegetables, exclusively.

First of all, know that most successful things do take time. A

detox diet is no exception. It is not recommended to go on 24

hour speed, instant gratification detox diets. These quick fix

diets will just leave you feeling ill. They just aren't good

enough and can leave your body doing too much at one time. Let's

have a look at some good body detox recipes:

* Apple

* Raw honey

* cinnamon

* peanuts

With this recipe you can bake on a cookie sheet at 180 for about

15 minutes. You slice the apple and drizzle it with honey,

cinnamon and peanuts.

* A cup of fresh apple juice.

* 2 tbs. fresh lemon juice

* 2 cups mashed bananas

* Salt

* 2 TB raw honey

Mix all well and pour into muffin tins. Then you will want to

freeze over night. Then you grate into a bowl and scoop into

serving cups.

* 4 Large pieces of watermelon

* 1 ripe banana

* 1 cup of raspberries

* 4 cubes of ice

Blend in blender; serve.

Here is just a taste of what you can enjoy. There are a lot more

body detox recipes that you may enjoy. There are so many ways

with good healthy foods that you can consume while you are on the

detox. The best thing to do is to chose something that you like

and that you know will be okay for the detox. Raw fruits and

vegetables are good for the diet.

If you like to fry, that is fine as long as you use Olive oil,

only. You may try cubing potatoes, onion, raw mushroom and a

clove of garlic. Then fry all of this in olive oil. This is

another great body detox recipe. It is all up to you and what you

like to eat.

Finding ways to enjoy your food while on a detox is not

complicated at all. Remember that you can have raw honey, olive

oil (for frying), sea salt (for taste), raw fruits and vegetables

and herbs and spices.

There are several different recipes for you to choose from online

as well. If you look online for body detox recipes, there is sure

to be plenty of them to chose from. There are sure to be books as

well that you can purchase with plenty of recipes.

You may even want to contact a nutritionist to find out the best

foods for making body detox recipes. They will know how you can

benefit from the certain types of detox foods. They will know

what goes the best with what. They may even have good recipes.
