Follow up on questions about ACCES$ and Taxes...

I did some digging for you guys and per Duane at Aces$ the employer

does not need to report anything nor will they be getting anything.

However, some information can be supplied upon request. If anyone has

anymore questions, I would suggest they call or email Duane or email

him at dseidel@...

On another note. I had a mother who is a PSW ask me about how she

should file her taxes as it related to this job. Aces$ will not give

any tax advice; however, she did seek out info on this thru HDA and

was advised to file as 'self-employed.' I am not sure that is correct

and still looking into it but thought I would throw that out there in

case there are any accountants or tax experts and they can lend some

advice with tax season being around the corner. This parent in

particular has to pay back money she received thru Social Security

(Survivors) because of the income from being a PSW.
