I have no problem with this in theory...I love supporting student research, and,

I do not think the other two co-moderators would have a problem with it either.

However, I would appreciate seeing the survey first. Please send me the survey

at your earliest convenience offline (egskb@...)

If it is appropriate, I will post it on IPADDU for you.

I am a senior in the Communication Sciences and Disorders department at

Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois. For my senior research project, I

am

interested in investigating family experiences for those who have a child or

children with social-communication disorders such as autism, PDD, executive

function deficits, etc. I am conducting my research under the guidance of

Dr. Haskill. My study has been approved by the Augustana College

Institutional Review Board. I am inquiring to see if you would consent to

sending

out an electronic version of my survey to individuals in your association. I

have attached a Word document that includes the questions that respondents

would see if they chose to participate. This survey takes about 10 minutes to

complete and is completely anonymous (I will not be able to contact

respondents nor will I be able to identify their email addresses). Please let

me know

1) if you would be willing to forward to your constituents a short

explanation of the study and a link to the survey, and 2) if you have any

questions.
