Employees at ASPIRO usually make wool scarves for the military. But, recently the company received a unique government order, 4,425 black scarves for everyone in the inaugural reviewing stand. The first 1,400 scarves were shipped to Washington yesterday. The remaining scarves must be done by the first week in January. The scarves are tagged with ASPIRO's logo and labeled " made in Green Bay. " ASPIRO manager Joan Pigeon says the company may even host an inauguration watching party January 20th, with everyone keeping a close eye on the scarf President-elect Barack Obama is wearing.
