You are getting dangerously dehydrated on most of these fad

diets. Low carb diets will not make you lose fat because they rob

your body of energy. Low fat diets are worse because they put

expensive and slow. Restrictive dieting is dangerous and does not

work. The only way to drop fat is by eating the right foods -- in

the right amounts -- at the right time.

The secret of life long fat burning and fitness is not found on a

fad diet or in a bottle. Real food is the best thing that fuels

you to burn fat. Certain foods and how you eat these foods will

help you burn fat. Eating a diet full of nutrient rich foods,

drinking a lot of water and getting plenty of sleep will help you

burn fat. You have to separate the good fats - those that strip

away your flab -- from the bad fats -- those that created the

flab in the first place.

Water is also vital to fat burning and maintaining a lean body.

liver, are working together in high efficiency, you will find it

easier to burn fat. Keeping yourself hydrated will keep your

kidneys operating, and your liver will be allowed to do its job

of metabolizing stored fat for energy.

If you combine a diet of nutrient rich foods and a properly

conducted exercise program, you will be on your way to burning

more fat faster and you will get a lean, strong and healthy body.
