Copyright © 2010 Rick T. Trooper Easy Weight Loss Path http://www.easyweightlosspath.com/ Many diets make you lose water weight! It's a dirty secret that the weight loss industry would rather keep under wraps. You've seen it thousands of times - a brand new weight loss product comes on the market promising to help you lose huge amounts of weight in a very short period of time. They then show you glowing testimonials of people who were able to achieve those miraculous results. What they will often leave out is that those people in the testimonials and the weight that you would lose with the product is not fat! " Why Does It Matter? I Just Want to Weigh Less... " That's a good question and it leads right into the biggest problem with the way that most people look at weight loss. The number on the scale doesn't matter. It's very arbitrary. It doesn't account for muscle mass or the weight of your bones. It doesn't account for your height or build. All the scale does is spit back a number. The problem with that is you could be perfectly healthy and look fabulous but the number on the scale may say that you are " overweight " . Instead, you should shift your focus toward your body fat percentage. It is this number that tells the real story and let's you know the true composition of your body. So, instead of trying to make the number on the scale go down, focus on betting your body fat percentage into the right range. This range is different for men and women because women are naturally meant to have a higher body fat. Going back to the diet products that make you lose water weight - all they do is make the number on the scale go down. They don't make you healthier. They don't make your body look toned and fit. They don't get rid of that extra fat you desperately want to eliminate. All they do is make you released the water your body retains. Wouldn't you rather use a method of weight loss that is going to make you look and feel better? One that is going to give you an awesome body that makes heads turn? If so, ignore the number on the scale and the latest weight loss product and stop trying to lose water weight. Start using a fat loss program that will transform your body composition and increase your metabolism so that you can shed the pounds of fat and keep them off! --------------------------------------------------------------------- For more information on how to lose thigh fat, check out Easy Weight Loss Path at http://www.easyweightlosspath.com/ Written by Rick T.
