Dr. Bat. talks about dehydration as a cause of so many diseases, including lymphoma, which was just mentioned on this list. I hope you can take the time to read this. Several times in the book Jim says toxins are FLUSHED out of the body. Well, are we drinking enough water to do the flushing?
