Guest guest
Does it matter if you take MMS before or after meals or at bedtime and by how many minutes. What do the long time users reccomend?
Guest guest
Many people like to take it on an empty stomach because they think it's better to have nothing there to interfere with the MMS. Others like to take it close to after eating something because you don't get as nauseated on a full stomach as on an empty stomach. The thinking for those who like it on an empty stomach is that the nausea is a sign it's working and they like knowing that. For those of us who dislike feeling yucky we take it on a full stomach. I feel like it works just as good, just less chance of nausea. Personal choice. Jim Humble says it's good to take it before going to bed because the body is cleaning toxins out, and rejuvinating itself during sleep, therefore having the MMS in the body then just helps it. He also thinks that if a person is very ill and is trying to kill something specific that it is better to take it in small doses throughout the day rather than one big dose. Meaning if you want to take 20 drops a day, it would be better to take 2-10 drop doses, or better to take 4-5 drop doses. Again, it's a personal choice. Many people dislike the taste so much they'd rather take one dose and be done with it. Guest guest
I find that taking the MMS 2 hours after dinner works best for me. If I wait three hours and my stomach is empty, I get cramping. I haven't started 2 doses a day yet. I'd probably take it 2 hours after breakfast on the second dose. Guest guest
The person I spoke with yesterday told me to give it to Cody two hours before any other supplement so I am guessing that meant food also.
