Guest guest
I find Jim Humble's book confusing....he speaks of drops rather than drops per poundage although he mentions it elsewhere. I wish there was more specificity in this book to differentiate. medusa >
Guest guest
Im not sure I understand what you mean. He does mention a dose for overweight people. I dont remember off hand what that was but it was in the first few pages of the part 2 book.I suppose the average person weighs in about 150 lbs?so if you weigh much more than that you should take a bit more. but it is taking me a long time to build up to a tollerance past 8 drops. A person could mull on this a long while before they get past the 15 drop dose he recomends as a max.
