Guest guest
Daddybob, No expert here, I am fighting my own battles, But I am pretty sure you can nip the heart flutter in the bud with a good magnesium supplement. Maybe you have already tried that, But may be a magnesium supplement that doe's not enter your system well because of toxins or a digestive problem. Global light has a magnesium oil that is supposed to be applied to the skin, Making it very " bio-availble " , Maybe that would help......Bob.--- In , " ransley " <ransley@...> wrote: > > OK, despite all the good success I've had at stopping this heart flutter > problem I've had, I have just figured out that I'm going to have to stop > coffee as an everyday thing. Guest guest
Bob- About magnesium- It's always good to suggest magnesium but... I have four types of it here and take it religiously, so this wasn't magnesium related. This group just started up and practically my whole MMS experience is on the other group. Several people have suggested many things to me and all suggestions have been appreciated. In the end, for me, the largest cause of my palpitations was a lack of salt in my system because I undertook an experiment to live with less salt back in the summer. It was a very bad mistake. Natural salt- lots of it- kept me out of the hospital after I overdid it with MMS. In the process of examining everything that might be negatively affecting my heart, it finally became dreadfully obvious that I had to give up daily coffee and tea. I long ago gave up common sodas. Someone has suggested that a lack of B vitamins would cause heart palps. I know I'm not low on my intake and gut-production of B's, but I am entertaining the notion that coffee may prevent the uptake/utilization of B's. Daddybob No virus found in this outgoing message. What happened that would cause you to seek hospitalization? Thanks in advance, Bob
Guest guest
Im not Bob but Several things Ive learned... If you do overdo the MMS vitamin C is the antidote for things lik diareah and nausea. If you go slow up your dose by one drop at a time you can find the point where you feel discomfort and back down.I can take 8 drops with no problem, 9 drops makes my abdomen hurt.Im staying at 8 for a week then Ill up it. I did have a tightness in my chest and a feeling of difficulty with breathing the 2nd day When I was upping the dose too fast.I think that was cleaning up an old virus or bacteria I had the month before. I didnt feel the need for medical assistance. We can only speculate at what point we might seek the emergency roomThere is nobody who can tell you definitively when you would need to do that. certainly if you feel your syptoms are life threatening, by all means go! What happened that would cause you to seek hospitalization? Thanks in advance, Bob< Bob- Sorry, forgot to reply. I was fast tracking my intake of MMS, three times a day, increasing the dose by one drop each time. I overloaded and got the world's worst Herx, complete with diarrhea. The diarrhea pushed me over the edge on depletion of key nutrients. Becuase of it I finally figured out that I was badly run down from a stressful summer and a mistake I made in my diet. I was depleted of salt, low on Co-Q10 and badly low on B-vitamins. It all caused terrific heart palpitations and I came very close to passing out one morning. I was driving to town to the local HFS to get CoQ10 and barely able to maintain conciousness. I took the CoQ10 at the store and was better in 30 minutes. I've had several milder spells since as I figured out my deficiencies in salt and B's and have finally come to the conclusion that I must give up caffeine at least for a few months to recover. None of this was *directly* attributable to any supposed toxic action by MMS. It was all a byproduct of my own poor choices. Daddybob No virus found in this outgoing message. I was wondering whether protracted diarrhea would cause problems. So, I quess that the advice is to stay current with the vitamins and minerals as well as eating well. Thanks for the input. Guest guest
>I was wondering whether protracted diarrhea would cause problems.< Yes, it will and it doesn't have to be protracted, especially if the nutrient levels in your body are at bare minimums like some of mine apparently were. Furthermore, you don't recover in a day or two if you're not young anymore. Daddybob No virus found in this outgoing message. Checked by AVG Free Edition.
