Guest guest
The magnesium taurate I took yesterday stopped the flutters for a while. I bought some Taurine at the local GNC and took that too but the flutters came back late afternoon just a little bit. Rowena sent me some more info from Eby's site about adding L-Arginine to the mix. I went back to town and bought some L-Arginine and took it too. It worked, no more flutters. Tonight I go back on MMS. If I get the flutters from it again I'll back off again and build myself up again with all the stuff I take to do so. This may turn into my way of handling MMS. I'm still taking all of the other things that have helped with the flutters. The flutters that I got before discovering about Taurine and L-Arginine were MUCH less troublesome than previously becaue of all the other B-vitamins and all the minerals and forms of hawthorn that I am taking. Now, I feel much more sure that I really am killing heart disease. BTW, it has been suggested to me that the best gauge of heart health with exercise is to do a hard short exercise and see how your heart recovers. I'm good on that one. Guest guest
Hey DaddyBob :-) You may want to consider using Creme of Tartar when you have the flutters as well... just put some under the tongue and hold it there for a bit. You will find that these will stop palpitations almost immediately, as it is a rich source of potassium - thus may be helpful for you as well. You could take a little morning and evening as a preventative AND treat any Candida issues at the same time - bonus :-) Phil [ ] Re:MMS may indirectly cause heart arrythmia this way > The magnesium taurate I took yesterday stopped the flutters for a while.
