I hear with lyme you want to take it real slow but there are others on here that know more about lyme than I do. I have been mold exposed. Have you heard about Oil of Oregano? Two lyme patients I talked to said they were cured after taking Oil of Oregano. I have started taking this as well as the MMS. It also kills bacteria. I figure it can't hurt. My advice is this: start low (1-2- drops). Only increase when any queasiness you have experienced has subsided. It is not a miracle cure for lyme, but is way better than antbx. It still will take a long time to clear (I expect about a year for me). It depends how long you've had it and how sick you are. Also, detoxing is as important as killing the pathogens. Research ways to detox your body as you go. Also, read Jim Humble's book if you haven't already. He answers many questions you might have. I use lime juice to active the MMS and then dilute it with a vit. C free pomegranate juice. It doesn't taste that bad to me. I hope this helps you. There is lots of support in this group and good advice others can give if you have questions. Also, there are other devoted just to lyme disease you might find supportive. It was quite pricey about $25 for a small bottle but it is strong. I don't really have a recommendation sorry. Young living is great, But I had seen few references to using it internally, Even though I have. It is very strong. I ran across this company's oregano quite awhile ago and decided that in the future when I needed more, I would try it.
