Shouldn't you be sleeping 1 hour after taking sleeping meds?

I'm wondering if taking MMS at bedtime, aprox 1 hour after taking sleep

meds (ambien or lunesta) is safe?

i dunno about answering that, but i do know that i take MMS before bed

partly because shortly afterward ingestion i tend to fall asleep from it no

matter when or where. so maybe while you're doing bedtime MMS you don't

really need the meds anyway and can stop them until you discontinue the MMS?

the meds might be wasting the MMS by using it up in some reaction with them

(destroying them) so you might not be getting the meds or the MMS intended

effect, but still able to go to sleep somehow?

i guess my suggestion would be to try it without the meds and see if you

sleep ok if you haven't already of course.
