I use rose absolute quite a bit and the one I buy is double the price of these...wow! The way I take oregano oil is I put a few drops inside empty capsules I buy at the health food store. The oil is still very potent and you will feel it working in your digestive and especially respiratory systems, but it will not burn your mouth like taking it straight. I've knocked out some pretty bad infections this way including sinus, bronchial and even food poisoning.
