Re: Lessons and Questions about MMS

Well, of course you can try the vinegar--it is not as strong as citric acid. But I would say it's just that you are at a level where you are killing off many pathogens and will not be able to up your dose until those pathogens are killed off. People reach different levels at different doses. Remember, go slow. No giant hurry. Continue on the 11 drop dose for a few days, then go up one and see how you feel. If diarrhea, drop back to the 11. Eventually you WILL be able to go to higher doses--just give it time. Diarrhea is a sign that your body is detoxing big time. Let the MMS do the job without giving you nasty days.

Right now I'm up to around 11-12 drops. I've gone beyond 12 on a

couple of occassions and it doesn't feel too good in the stomach.

I've tried drinking with apple juice and my stomach doesn't seem to

like that either.

I would like to get my MMS drops up to 15, but I appear to have hit a

wall. So my question is - could it be a matter of how much citric

acid I'm taking, the drink mixture or my body is not able to handle

that much MMS?

Should I try it with vinegar instead of the citric acid? Am I just

being impatient. I don't exercise very much, but I'm in generally

good health.

Hi ,

when you get to the point that you feel sick to your stomach, or to

the point of diarrhea, it is because your at a Herx threshold. your

system can only stand so much die off before you feel it. The MMS is

working wether you feel sick or not. The reason that we try to

increase the dose is to either kill more bacteria then are growing or

to go about getting the job of healing done in a quick fashion. Jim

H. feels that a person would heal even on a dose of six drops a day

eventually, as long as bacteria was not growing faster then it was

being killed.

Our goal is to heal with out having to much suffering going on.

Hi

I'm sorry I don't have answers to your questions but wanted to ask by

what method you're muscle-testing. Are you using another person? Do

you find the testing more effective at a certain time of day? Do you

have to un-block first?

Thanks

Thanks ,

I've not heard of the Herx threshold before. Maybe I'll just stick to

what my muscle testing tells me. I seem to get that sick feeling

every time I take MMS on an empty stomach, so I do monitor that

better now.

Hi JD,

I muscle-test using my fingers. I'm usually clear, but if I feel I'm

not, or if my muscle testing sends conflicting signals I'll take a

couple of breaths, sometimes thump by thymus, kidney and spleen

points. I also make sure that if I'm eating something, I swallow the

food to clear my mouth and do other preps to ensure clarity.

Time of day usually doesn't matter, although I tend to do more

prepping in the morning.
