MMS Short Summary.

I had considerable trouble finding data in Jim's books and more in

digesting it.

So I made a condensed version for my use, then I thought may be other

people may benefit by it. And also may find some errors and fed them

back to my benefit.

This is not intended to replace the books ! Everybody should read

them.There is not advice here.

Size of drops

( This refer to the green bottles provided by Global Light)

(SILGAN 4022)

There are big drops (Bdrop) and small drops (Sdrop)

I would suggest everybody to specify if they mean Bdrop or Sdrop when

writing, remember one is ~50% bigger than the other.

JH - The dropper end size in this cap is .180 " X .180 " square.

The hole is actually 2.3 mm.(0.090 Inch)

JH- Eye dropper will create drops 2/3 the size the four ounce green

bottle.

PR -The bottle delivery varies with degree of fullness.

JH- Multiply glass eye dropper drops by 1.5

PR -This is about (+/- 20%)

Drops Using distilled water.

The green bottle delivers 20 drops per cc, but it is a extremely

unreliable way to go.

It is impossible at times to avoid a squirt, the squirt may be

equivalent to more than 2 drops.

The delivery varies with bottle fullness.

A glass dropper with elongated tip (with a 1.5mm hole) delivers also 20

drops of D.W.per cc.

The eye dropper is safer, more accurate and easier to use.

Drops Using MMS.

The green bottle delivers 17 drops per cc, When 1/4 full.

25 Completely full

An average of 21 drop per cc is approximately (+/- 20%)

The bottle as a dropper It is an extremely unreliable way to go.

It is impossible at times to avoid a squirt, the squirt may be

equivalent to more than 2 drops.

A glass dropper with elongated tip (with a 1.5mm hole) delivers 30

drops per cc of MMS.

A ratio of 1 big drop (Bdrop) To a small Drop (Sdrop)of 1:1.5 is about

right for MMS.

Drops Using 10% Citric Acid.

The green bottle delivers 17 drops per cc

The dropper delivers 25

- I went through this because with D.W. both bottle & dropper deliver

20 drops per cc.

The moral:

Use all plastic or glass syringes, to measure Larger numbers of

drops.(Like 1cc. or more)

It is worth trouble. This way You will actually know what You took.

All kinds of all plastic syringes and pipettes can be obtained for less

than $1 from:

<http://www.atjemsplace.com/syringes.htm>

Use always weights to mix. Buy a digital postage scale, If possible with

the Tare feature, It allows to zero the scale after each addition. It is

worth its weight in gold.

Do all calculation using the metric system,by weight, learn it, if

necessary , it will be a great investment.

The metric system is simple and help avoid most commonly made mistakes.

An example:

To Make a 10% citric acid solution. (Total Qty desired = 100grams)

Using one of the green bottles. The bottle without cap weight 15 Grams.

Put bottle on the scale. It will show ...15 gram.

Add 10 grams of citric acid .............25

Add 90 grams of D.W. ..................115 Presto! 10% solution and

precise too.

Citric acid solution may grow fungus. To avoid this problem I decided to

try: 50% D.W. and 50% " colloidal silver " of the ionic kind. Yes I know

what Jim think of ionic silver. I happen to think he is incorrect in

this one.

As far as the actual use of this item , the jury is still out.

Sample using the 50% C.S.

Put bottle on the scale. It will show ...15 gram.

Add 10 grams of citric acid..............25

Add 45 grams of D.W. ....................70

Add 45 grams of C.S. ...................115

JH - 100 grams of sodium chlorite will make 12.6 OUNCES OF MMS (373 cc)

PR - The about Oz's are weight Ounces.

You will need at least a 15 ounce bottle

PR - My 100 grams NaClO2 batch produced a volume of 291 cc.

The total weight was = 100 + 257 = 357 grams

The density is then 357 / 291 = 1.227

JH- Never allow the MMS solution to get up into the rubber bulb.

Checking the sodium chlorite powder

Get strips that test for chlorine from any swimming pool

1- It must be flaky.

2- Crush up a few of the flakes into powder.

3- Put 1/2 teaspoon of the crushed powder into an empty glass and add

45cc of D.W.

Dissolve, warn if needed.

4- Add 10 drops to an empty glass.

5- Add 2.5cc 5% vinegar or 2.5 cc of 10% citric acid solution,wait 3 min

6- It should read at least 1 ppm chlorine

7- Wet a second pool chlorine indicator strip with the original solution

from which you took the 10 drops. This solution should read no chlorine

present.

The MMS solution is 28% Salts.

Sodium chlorite powder is 80% pure, Then MMS is 22.4% Sodium chlorite

Mixing:

- In a glass (Only) pot pour : 257 grams D.W. = 257 cc.

- Add 100 grams Sodium Chlorite.

- Heat and stir until dissolved. Do not Boil. 140 Deg F is plenty hot.

Use glass thermometer. No Metals to contact the liquid.

- Total Liquid Weight = 357 grams (100/357 = 28% Salts by Wt.),(22.4%

Sodium chlorite)

- A green bottle weights 19 grams (with Cap, 15 Without.)

- The MMS in a full bottle weights 163 grams (with cap).

- The weight of a full bottle is 182 grams.

(Including the bottle and cap.)

- 100 grams NaClO2 + 257 grams D.W. produce enough MMS to fill 2 bottles

plus 24 cc. (291 cc)

The liquid is Light yellow and clear.

Allow the liquid to cool in a pitcher before filling the bottles

Because sodium chlorite powder is always only 80% pure the actual amount

of pure sodium chlorite in the MMS solution is 22.4%.

JH- Sodium dioxide is also generated. There is one to two milligrams

generated initially by the vinegar, and then 1 to 2 mg per hour are

generated as the chlorine dioxide degenerates into table salt and water.

There are 54 mg of sodium chlorite in a six drop dose of MMS and about

10 mg of salt.

12 drops of MMS with the added vinegar generates from 1 to 2 mg of

chlorine dioxide.

When it is diluted with 1/2 glass of juice there is less than 1 ppm in

the solution.

The MMS solution then continues to generate 1 to 2 milligrams per hour

of chlorine dioxide for up to 12 hours in the human body

Warning: when the MMS is spilled on a table or on the floor it must be

cleaned up with plenty of water. Never allow it to dry. The white powder

is very flammable when dry.

Store in completely filled dark colored bottles. Label , Date !

JH- The MMS lasts for several years

PR -If refrigerated longer.

Instructions:

JH- Use 3 drops of MMS for each 25 pounds of weight add 5 drop of 10%

citric acid per drop of MMS in an empty glass.

Mix and wait three minutes.

Add 1/2 to 1 glass of D. W. or apple juice and drink. Do not use orange

juice.

Grape juice, or pineapple juice can be substituted.

If nausea occurs use smaller doses until a full dose can be tolerated.

After one hour a second dose is required.

See full book and JH's responses to questions for additional info.

JH_ Warnings: Do not use full strength. Keep out of the reach of

children. Wash off of body or eyes with large amounts of water.

You will need 632.8 grams (that's 22.4 ounces or 1.4 pounds) of the

sodium chlorite to make your 13 bottles of MMS

The procedure: For 13, " 4 Oz bottles " .

1. 633 grams of Sodium Chlorite ( 22.4 ounces or 1.4 pounds)

2. 1,627 grams of D.W.(that's 55 Fl.Oz) or (57.4 avoirdupois Oz.)

See what I mean for use the metric system ?

3. Warm D.W. to 150 Deg.F or less. (In glass pan, only)

4. Pour the Sodium Chlorite.

5. Stir constantly until dissolved. Use only a glass stirrer.

The solution will be slightly yellow and foggy.

6. Remove pan from heat. Allow it to cool.

This solution now should weighs 2,268 grams (80 avoirdupois Oz.).

The solution will turn clear but yellow within several minutes.

Keep in mind that if the MMS gets spilled it makes a mess.

7. Fill colored bottles completely, ASAP.

8. Label bottles, date.

9. Check for leaking bottles by pressing on them.

Keep them away from sun light.

Use

1. Make the Citric Acid (10% Solution)

2. Mix 1 gram Citric Acid powder with 9 cc of D.W.( or multiples

thereof)

3. Use 5 drops of citric acid solution per drop of MMS used.

4. Mix the MMS and citric acid , wait 3 min.

(It can be used up to 30 min later).

5. Add 1/2 -1 glass juice, Drink.

Use Apple juice, grape juice, pineapple juice, or cranberry juice.

The juice must not have Vitamin C added.

Do not use orange juice or other citrus juices.

JH- Never figured out why orange juice doesn't work very good, but all

my lab tests showed that orange juice simply prevented the chlorine

dioxide from being produced

This can be taken on an empty stomach to enhance effectiveness but this

often causes nausea.

Nausea is less likely to occur if food is present such as one hour after

meals.

Chlorine dioxide appears in solution as a yellow tint which smells

exactly like chlorine.

Cheers

R

P.S. I have a suggestion:

A report to be real meaningful should include:

1- Age

2- Weight

3- Level of health.

Like how one feel their health is in a scale of 1 to 10.

- I forgot to say thank you for that- you obviously put a lot of work

into it. Daddybob
