Cece,

you might need to repost to each of the individuals to get responses.

I think ALA is the thing to use for arsenic. For antimony, SAMe (which is

found in TMG).

Do you know how to search the archives for old posts? This would be the best

way to get your information.

I believe many folks have found that the stool test is best to see mercury, I

am not sure about the arsenic and antimony.

you do.

Are you referring to Dr. Hiroyuki Kawashima, involved with agricultural

sciences? I just wrote to him about the arsenic problem in America and

asked him to put me in touch with the parents at The Higashi School in Tokyo

....

I was unaware he has research that confirms Dr. Wakefield's research but can

ask him for those papers if we are speaking of the same one ...

> Also, in regards to chrysanthemum tea; I was wondering about this because

a Natural Lawn agency gave me chrysanthemum as one of their ingredients for

lawn treatments. Is this safe and non toxic?

The Japanese revered the chyrsanthemum flower and many people across the

Orient drink the tea but do not necessarily eat the flower like the

Japaneses do (and some Buddhists in America as part of their all-white diet

they use during their retreats to detox and purify their systems.)

I cannot even guess as to why it is used as a lawn treatment; perhaps

insects do not take to the fragrance and it acts as a natural repellent? Or

perhaps only the stem is being used as a poison ...

The stem is not, of course, included in chrysanthemum tea.

The dalia flower is also said to be nutritious and is included in many teas,

as is the orange blossom, so I would say chrysanthemum would be non-toxic.

The tea I use also contains hibiscus.

Hello Cicilia:

Read the FAQ's at the site under the " file " catagory. There's some info

in there.

That's great that you finally got a chance to speak with Lauryn, Iris.

The situation must be so hard for both of you. I'm relieved to hear that

she sounded so good. I'm still praying for you both and the rest of your

family.

I believe that the worst is over for me and my head. Thank you so much

for your good wishes.

Hugs,

Hi, !

Thanks for your post about visceral manipulation. Someone on the Celiac

List asked about visceral massage, thinking it might be helpful for those

who still have unhealed intestines. So, I was curious about it. I take it

you had a OK experience.

What is an " np " ? Naturopath? Naprapath? Another specialty?

Thanks for any more info you can give us. I'd like to check into this.

Sorry, I don't have any info on juicing recipes that take food combining

into account. I've noticed that they seem to mix everything all together, too.

Hi all,

Angel, I thought I was drinking enough fluid but will up the amount

to be sure. I tend to forget.

I activate my MMS outside to avoid the fumes. Then I swish around

my mouth after adding water to help my gums. I use lemon juice and

the taste is not so bad, not good but oh well.

Bob, I know my blood pressure is low, always has been. I am not at

risk for stroke.

As for OT I appreciate keeping to the subject. This list is

excellent that way.

Will try 8 drops tonight.

BTW, I just came across someone with cancer and want to tell them

about this MMS. What web site would be good for starters?

Thanks,

Jill

If I remember right, it's an avoid for O,

misc.

that meal list sounds great Kathleen ! just had a spinach/onion/salsa

egg omelet while the rest of the family had spelt pancakes.. insisting on

reg. milk !

Does anyone know if spirulina is ok for O's ?

I've indulged in a few avoids lately... some really good italian bread and

some entenmann's, and costco pound cake... would this explain some joint

and back achy-ness ? Connection between that and some inflammation ?

I know better,,, just have taken some chances.
