Here is one possible short answer. -Depend if this is only a supplement, or a complete diet. If you take just a cup a day , make sure it is from the fruit that is good for you. If this is whole diet then: -Depend where do you live. If you live in worm climate, Africa, for example, it is very good. But it is good only as a cure. If you use it as all around diet, it is better to eat whole fruit. Our intestines need fibres !!! Fibres will give more often bowel movements. -Depend of the season. If you are using sommer fruits in the sommer , that is OK. If you are using sommer fruits in the winter, that is not OK. Remember one more time: Our intestines need fibres!!! -Depend of your blood type. Use those fruits that are compatible with your blood type. -Depend of your bowel health. You amy have parasites, it is better to first deperasites yourself. If you have candida infection, avoid sweet fruits. -Depend how much you are physically activ. Guest guest
Hi Bernadette, Has she taken any new supplementation of any kind? New vitamins, anything? I ask, because within the last few weeks I started taking a new product testing it out so I could tell people about it. I took it in the morning and the next day or my next bm was also green, only mine was like baby food peas in color. I had eaten NOTHING for quite some time that would cause it to be that color, so it seemed to me that it was the product causing some old layers to come off the walls of the colon. I thought that because of your posts to the list about when you were taking homozone and how it affected your stool. This product is also an oxygen type product. Has your daughter recently started taking the homozone or something similar? Just an idea. Sincerely,~Karmahttp://loaves-n-fishes.comhttp://www.karma.awarenesshealth.com/ Question please My daughter, age 9, just had a very green BM, somewhat on the bright greenside. Having eaten nothing green could anyone tell me what may cause this.Thank youBernadetteSubscription email: mailto:bowel cleanse-subscribeegroups
Guest guest
i have heard that green bms are normal for babies whose digestive tracts are developing. However, your daughter is older. It is my understanding that green bms is usually coloured by bile from the liver. In liver cleanses green stones come out. My bms are sometimes green when I eat or drink something to stimulate the liver. hope this helps, julie >My daughter, age 9, just had a very green BM, somewhat on the bright green >side. I am thinking of taking her to the Doctor. Anyone else know what to do? Bernadette

Guest guest
I bought the e-book version from Jim Humbles web-site, But when it downloaded it was unreadable, So I have using MMS a little blind here, My question is, Is it best to take this at one time, On can you split it up...? Here is a little bit on my experience. After a nice little 3 to 4 month run with the Beck devices, I got MMS and started slowly uping my dose's untill I reached around 9 drops, I was doing this 2 times per day, When I got to 9 twice per day, I started getting loose bowels, And backed off a little. I was noticing little twinges within my body, Like the liver area and on my left side as well, It was kinda a nice feeling, Like it was killing things that did not belong there. I slowly worked myself up to 15 drops twice per day, No big deal, Still had the nice little twinges throughout by body, Which felt like a slow healing. Then one day I was reading a post here that some one was asking if you needed to take it on an empty stomach or not. I got to thinking, Hummmm, I have been taking it on a full stomach come to think of it, Maybe I should try it on an empty stomach. So....., I go put in 15 drops, Drink it on an empty tummy, And about 2 and a half hours later I am getting these stomach cramps, A little later I could have pointed my butt cheeks at the neighbors house, And wrote my initials, And he lives across the street......!! WOW...! LOL. Anyway, I stopped taking it untill my bowels were solid again, That was almost 2 weeks. I am now taking it again, Starting out slow, But I want some ones opinion here. I know the maxium is supposed to be up to 15 drops per day, And if it is a severe case maybe twice per day, That is on the bottle. I also know that taking it on an empty stomach makes it stronger.So......, Lets say my goal is 16 drops drops per day. Is it best to take it at 6 drops 3 times per day, 8 drops twice per day, Or working yourself up to 16 drops once per day........? Anybody know.....? Thank you, Bob. Guest guest
Cheryl, I have also had two discs removed and am fused anterior and posterior. I have applied for SSDI for that and my fibro.I applied 10/2006 and am still waiting. My next step in administrative hearing and I retained a SSDI attorney. The max an attorney is allowed under the law for a SSDI award is $5300 or 20% if under $5300. I will let you know if and when I hear anything. It is a waiting game mealwhile we stress out pinching pennies to fill the car . L.
