Guest guest
OK, I wanted to wait just a few more days before I said this, but I'm pretty satisfied about it now. Several days ago my heart started fluttering again even after all of the success I had at controlling it. Synchronicity was at work, I got slapped in the face three times with B vitamin info. One urging came from a member here who is remaining anonymous for now, but thank you! I got some pretty decent B vitamins from my local HFS, including a sublingual B12 and started loading myself. In addition, I got serious about taking my liver powder again. Results came in minutes for the heart and hours for the rest of me. I had not revealed just how bad my hind-quarters were dragging, but they don't drag anymore. In 3 days I felt like a new man. Unfortunately, it has not made a difference in my inability to handle coffee, at least not yet. (Tears are streaming down my face!) I suspect it will still take weeks to thoroughly infuse myself with all of these good nutrients and to stop my heart from the tiniest flutter, but I do expect that to happen. In the meantime other good surprises happened: My left hip and heel had both started going downhill again but they quickly reversed *especially* after taking the liver powder. I stopped nearly all napping before bedtime. I started rising at 5 am, rested after only 6 hours sleep. Force of will returned. Depression evaporated. Tonight I'll be taking 9 drops of MMS. That's the point I got to last time before I had to regroup, again. Vertigo is steadily decreasing now. I only have it in the daytime if I turn my head to look up under something, and only at night when laying down or rising, and not nearly as much then.
