Kathy W. - bizarre Outlook98 reactions when trying to reply to messages you send.

hey Kathy, i've noticed something very strange. couldn't miss it actually.

whenever i try to reply to a post you make on any list we're both on, and it

also happened with the direct email you recently sent me, about a second

after the message window to Reply in opens up the Outlook98 pops up an error

box saying something about " outlook.exe has generated errors and will be

shut down " and then it does and i have to re-start it. this ONLY happens

with stuff you post to lists or send to me, nobody else ever that i know of.

i've poked around with a few older messages and they all do it but i don't

really know when it started

..

now my anti-virus sfwe is still running but expired and stopped getting

updates about two weeks ago, so maybe it's some new mail bug, i have no

clue. i need to get some money to take care of that subscription even

though i feel like i'm paying extortion to the creators of it when i shell

out for AV/security stuff. i just realized i should be posting this on a

list where Simon Jester is as he can probably answer it, so i will.

are you sure your system is currently antivirus protected? has anyone else

seen this happen to them?
