Guest guest
Been there and done that You are detoxing, At least that's exactly what happened to me. I would get scared and stop, Then after awhile I would start again. Only to have to regain ground that I lost while I stopped. It took me a long time to get this, But here is what I had to do, And it works great. When you feel bad, Either reduce your drops a little, Or just stay where you are at until it passes. Sometimes I would feel so awful I thought MMS was never going to help me. I was making a big mistake stopping for a little while. The sick feeling I was experiencing " was " detoxing, And it was something I had to go through. Wasn't pretty, I'll tell ya, But I had to go through it. Now since I got that figured out, I am really getting somewhere with MMS. Tons of bad things are leaving my body. I would also be sure to " at least " add some good mineral to your diet. Hope this helps.....! Bob. > > Had some flu-like symptoms but worked thru them and reached 12 drops > twice per day. Problem now is I'm very, very tired. Take 1 dose AM and > 1 dose PM. Guest guest
Hi Davey Many of us have (or have had) your present experience. You may have killed off a pathogen exposing another pathogen that had been carried by the first. The surviving pathogen is affecting you now. I suggest you ease back on your present dose rate (don't stop! - the MMS you're is helping you, but the kill-off rate may be too high) and continue at a slower dose rate. When your tiredness goes increase your dose a little and continue. Okay? It is always possible for this to happen again, so don't try to take too much MMS at each dose. Phil [ ] Why am I so tired? Had some flu-like symptoms but worked thru them and reached 12 drops twice per day. Problem now is I'm very, very tired. Take 1 dose AM and 1 dose PM. Couple hours after the AM dose I'm dragging, can hardly move. Anyone know why, what's going on?

When I started taking MMS it put me on my arse for a day every time I took it. I had to come up with my own schedule of taking it because I couldn't afford the downtime. As it killed off more stuff and I eliminated the toxins, it stopped making me tired. It is not the MMS making you/me tired it is the toxins from the die-off. One of those toxins is acetaldehyde which yields ethanol. It's all very poisonous to your system. It's the price of killing the buggers. Daddybob No virus found in this outgoing message. Guest guest
Overloaded with toxic stuff that isn't getting out fast enough. Coffee enemas do wonders. They stimulate liver to dump toxins so it can clean the blood. Relief from all sorts of die off symptoms can be dramatic. Naomi [ ] Why am I so tired? Guest guest
Naomi, do you think that coffee enemas offer immediate relief from diareah, or is this a protocol of future prevention? I'm have trouble getting past ten drops, 3 x a day. FWIW, All was fine with 10 drops until a couple hours later I have a snack of cabob and seeds, energy bar thing- had a little sugar cane juice in it, and then the mild stomach ache, and then troubles later, especially after the second dose. I wonder if we can get a consensus on what foods are best to have or avoid, as well as timing, etc? Any opinions? [miracle_mineral_ supplement] Why am I so tired? Guest guest
I don't know what effect they might have on diarrhea. But if the diarrhea is caused by the body's attempt to dump toxins, it seems reasonable to assume it might because the purpose of the coffee enema is to help dump toxins, not to clean the colon. I didn't get diarrhea with MMS so haven't tested that. Naomi [miracle_mineral_ supplement] Why am I so tired? Had some flu-like symptoms but worked thru them and reached 12 drops twice per day. Guest guest
The thing that puzzles me is that I have been doing detoxifying protocols nearly non-stop for years, ongoing daily colon cleanses ,coffee enemas and then ozone, lots of vitamin c - mega doses, liver cleanses- (although not lately, a fairly good quality diet, lots of green juice. with hardly no sugar or hydrogenated oils, and 2 cups coffee in the morning. hcv is said to be a disease of toxicity, though; If I wasn't sick, I'd be healthy as a horse, heh, heh. BTW, I mentioned the other day, that after a really rough day of diareah, and severe fatigue, I took 2 tbs blackstrap molasses and swigs of fulvic minerals, went to bed and was fine the next day. Haven't had many bad days of fatigue, just lots of runs. [miracle_mineral_ supplement] Why am I so tired? Had some flu-like symptoms but worked thru them and reached 12 drops twice per day. Guest guest
Hi, I have been on MMS 38 days. I have chronic Lyme/CFS 29 years. I have also done lots of liver cleanses, coffee enemas, great diet, juices, etc, and still had trouble clearing toxins. I did salt & C for 36 months and had great improvements. However, the herxing was really tough for months with severe headaches most days. The only thing which relieved the headaches was coffee enemas, until I discovered. Chlorella. I thought it was just another " green drink " like Barley Green, but it is a very powerful liver detoxer. From the very first dose my headaches went away. For me it has been a Godsend. Now I take MMS morning and night. During the day I take 1000mg chlorella 1/2 and hour before meals. I am really tired, but I am going forward and I believe MMS is killing pathogens which nothing else has killed. Guest guest
Chlorella and Spirulina, I found they really boosted my energy levels too. Earthrise Organic Spirulina was what really did it for me. They don't make organic anymore, as one of the ingredients they use that is organic was outlawed in the US. HA! What a country! I tried Now Brand Hawaiian grown Spirulina, but I don't know why, I just can't hack it anymore, after going through 4 pounds of it. I was thinking about going back to Earthrise and see if that is a brand thing. Meanwhile, my dogs are getting green dogfood. LOL I tried Yaeyama chlorella powder, and wow, what a concept, it tastes so fishy. The taste was awful in fruit smoothies, but worked well in date and nut bars, like Larabars. I make my own. Especially with raw cocoa nibs and cherries added. Yum! Kathy

Guest guest
Greetings, I second Chlorella. I especially like chlorella pyrendiosa, which is a beautiful green powder with a wonderful taste! I'm new to this forum. I haven't yet purchased MMS. I wanted to read more of the comments here (and elsewhere) to get a better sense of whether or not I should proceed. One of the reasons why I hesitate is because I am very prone to chronic diarrhea, which I see is a problem for many here. In my case, I believe that not having a gallbladder is a major factor in this, so it's not just a matter of dumping toxins. I sense that MMS might be too caustic for my system, but I haven't come to any conclusion yet. I have also had Lyme since 1971 and, like Rosemary, salt/c has been very helpful for me as well, but I am now finding urine therapy to be even more remarkable and, amazingly, it is the only protocol I have tried that didn't result in diarrhea. In fact, my colon now feels very happy and healed. I'm not trying to make converts to UT. I doubt that it would be palatable (no pun intended) anyway to most. Mainly I just wanted to introduce myself and respond about the chlorella. Cheers, Ballady > > Hi, > I have been on MMS 38 days. I have chronic Lyme/CFS 29 years. Guest guest
Naomi-It sounds like to me you need to rebalance you intestines with good probiotics. When you have a lot of diarrhea you loose all the good bacteria. Take a lot of good quality probiotics and see if that helps. I use paradophilus as well as some health food store kinds. I find them very helpful. - S. -- Re: [ ] Why am I so tired? Guest guest
People without gall bladders have poor fat digestion due to the lack of a gall bladder, which stored up bile for emulsion of fats. Now, there is just a drip drip drip of bile, so fat digestion suffers. Guest guest
Why would lipotrophics help diarrhea due to poor bile secretion? Lipotrophics break up fats in the liver and can prevent or reduce fatty liver. Can you expand on how this would help? I would try bile salts to be taken with all meals that contain fat. Guest guest
Hello Everyone, I just want to thank all of you for your advice.? I think it's a combination of all of what you said.? Stress can raise havoc on all the organs, esp. adrenal glands, plus candida.? I've been under stress for the past 4 yrs, so that just very well can be the problem.? I have to kind of go it alone as far as finding treatment.....because of financial reasons and no faith in my primary.? So, I'll look into the websites you've suggested and do my own research.? Just want to thank you all again.....Elly Re: why am I so tired? Tonify spleen qi. Find a good acupuncturist who also does herbs. They can taylor an herbal formula specifically to your individual needs. Re: why am I so tired? Elly, this is NOT a diagnosis but have you been checked for Candida Albicans? I've helped a LOT of people with this malady and it sure does fit your picture! Nutricon-wm > I am a 49 yr old woman. I try to eat healthy and excercise. Guest guest
Hi Elly: Have you had your hormones tested? Low hormone levels can also make you feel week and with no energy. What kind of work do yo do? Could you be having a toxic reaction or allergic reaction to something? Do you take vitamins? Do you have any other symptom other tiredness? Do you eat red meat? do you eat a lot of carbs? Drugs? Alcohol? Depression? Just brainstorming... linda ________________________________ From: Mercurius Trismegistus <magisterium_magnum@...> Dr Sent: Saturday, September 5, 2009 3:07:20 PM Subject: Re: why am I so tired?
