Guest guest Posted November 30, 2007 Report Share Posted November 30, 2007 Tahini has per 100 grams, which is way too much to eat: 3 1/2 oz 573 calories 18 gr protein 50 gr fat 23 gr carbs 975 mg calcium 4 mg copper 14.5 mg iron 351 mg magnesium 2.5 mg manganese 629 mg phosphorous 468 mg potassium 5.7 mg selenium 7.75 mg zinc also has B vitamins, E and K folate, fatty acids and amino acids from the USDA food nutrient database.
