Hi Jenni -

AMEN!

We've been through these off topic incidents several times in the 9

months I've been on the board and it usually gets ugly before things

smooth over. Sure hope we can all be adults about it this time. Alot

of the " founding " members don't post any longer because there are too

many posts to weed through now and even tho I'm no longer a newbie, I

miss their sage (aka: kick butt) advise on how to get to goal now that

I'm stuck.

How about it everyone?

Liz,

I hear you about being stuck and missing the " kick

butt " people! So here I am to kick your butt!

PATIENCE, PATIENCE, PATIENCE! Measure yourself for

encouragement instead of weighing, put away the scale

(something I was told and didn't do, but should have).

I know you exercise a lot more than I do so I don't

think that is the problem. Just remember that your

body does need to catch up every so often. Do you

need a fill? Even though my plateau has been

broken--a bit-- I am going for another fill this

afternoon. It will be my third in a little over 6

months. I hate the first few weeks of a new fill

but-- it does seem to get me back on track!

Good Luck!

Description of our group

This group is established for the purpose of discussing and sharing

our experiences with the Miracle Mineral Supplement .This may be the

answer to most diseases. It was originally used Africa and is said to

be a malarial cure. It's not a drug, but rather a mineral supplement

and it handles most diseases caused by bacteria or viruses, including

even AIDS. Please visit http://miraclemineral.org to download the

free book The Miracle Mineral Supplement of the 21st Century.

Please post your experiences with using this supplement. We are not

experts or medical doctors and these are only our individual

experiences. There is no medical advice here .We only can tell you

what worked for us or what we might do if we were in your situation.

I am asking that any reference to the ages of minor children be kept

off the list.Big brother is watching...If at some point the govt

decides MMS is bad for us, they might decide to take custody of these

chidren that are " put in danger " . You may wish to avoid the age issue

by saying grown brother or grown son or even talk about your friend...

I would like to keep unrelated topics, fun conversations and personal

chatter to a minimum. We need a group specificly for how to use MMS

and discuss symptoms and treatments. There are alot of sick people who

dont have the energy or time to peruse through 25 messges to find 1

MMS message. This is not to say that we cant discuss other health

alternatives related to a persons illness . The object is to help

each other achieve optimal health, so I wont forbid any topic. I just

ask that off topic be kept minimal.
