Here is information from a maker and distributor of essential oils, and

I might add, the best quality and most reasonable prices I've found.

I've purchased from his company, after exhaustive research. I joined a

group where there were quite a few distributors, and just observed

their emails and he impressed me the most. Real geniune retired Armed

Forces veteran.

Oregano Oil - Use

I don't make recommendations on consuming any EO because I am not a

medical doctor .. but .. I will tell folks how I will use it. ;-)

1. I will sniff it .. that is what Aromatherapy is all about .. it is

effective because the volatile molecules enter the body through the

olfactory system.

2. It can be diffused in the room with a diffuser.

3. If I want to ingest .. there are many ways to do it:

a. Put a drop or two in a nice soup.

b. Put a drop or two in a large spoon of X-Virgin Olive Oil .. and

have a large glass of water nearby. Do not inhale .. do not allow the

Oregano EO to touch the outer lips .. I put the spoon full in my mouth,

roll it around a bit .. swallow .. and immediately follow it up with the

glass of water. I am not inhaling during this entire period .. that is

until the water is down. ;-)
