Guest guest
Just a thought but have you had your thyroid levels checked? I'd recommend doing so. I've had low blood pressure and my heart did not race, however I got light-headed when standing up quickly. ==>You should be having the Electrolyte Drink with 1 1/2 tsp of sea salt and any you add to your foods - that should be plenty of salt. For your racing heart do breathing exercises - see the Breathe Right folder. Also see the Depression & Anxiety article - I think it is in the Treatments Folder. Guest guest
Sue, This has happened to me many a time just as you describe. For me, it has always been related to adrenals. Bee's adrenal files helped me a lot (of course with also progressing on curing candida). I have a theory that even die off is hard on your adrenals when they are weak as die-off and my heart racing have coincided often. The heart racing can be very uncomfortable. Take care - ~Anita susan <tauttodream@...> wrote: Hi guys, i am wondering...for quiet a while i have a racing heart upon waking. it chills out in a few seconds upon waking but not always. Sue Sue, the " other " Anita here. I too have had the same experience many times. I will wake up - especially from a nap - with my heart just pounding. I also can get the palpatations from eating food to drinking water. I too have adrenal fatigue along with anxiety issues. I've learned to lie quietly (even reading alittle) until I wake up more fully and then proceed slowly for the next 20 min. or so. I'm confident that as my adrenals continue to get the excellent nourishment on this plan plus other recommendations that help me, I will experience these strange symptoms more and more. Thanks, Anita T. > > > > > > > --------------------------------- > Everyone is raving about the all-new beta. > >
Guest guest
ecellant point Vilik, I know that I will sure pay attention to that and let you know how my trial with MMS goes as far as that. So I took a shot of " Vibe " , a vitamin mineral drink in the package. Felt better overall but not in heart. Started small amounts of potassium. Also some magnesium. Guest guest
Hi Hanneke, and Angel To add for what it is worth. I got Heart Palps, general agitation, unusual pain in lower R gut, brain fog, unusual grumpiness etc etc so I stopped MMS after only two or three days ( 6 dr x2 per day) . Also mentioned heart palpitations to Gail Kruger at the Health Shop and she said stop all chocolate 'cos of something to do with Bromine .... ( normally do not have chocolate but had found a delicious full strength cocoa powder so was pigging at night. ). I did also pay attention to taking some pott Chlor and also pott Carb and to drinking more water and have upped the Cal/Mag intake. The skipped beats stopped in a day or two and other symptoms above gradually went away over about two weeks. On the more aerie side. I have noticed that during the same sort of time period the past 4 weeks that many people who are usually steady and predictable are not, but are acting unusually agitated. blame it on the moon or haarp or fluorine in the water? Guest guest
Tony, Do you intend to restart MMS? If so how do you intend to work it. What I mean is I'm thinking if the palps stop I'll do MMS intermittently. I really don't want to give up on the MMS. My target specifically when taking the MMS is to try to lower my PSA. I did lower my PSA significantly by taking Essiac (4 herb) tea. I have been on that for a year and my PSA dropped from 7.3 to 3.2. Of course I want to get it down to zero if possible but I would be happy if it was below 2. I'm continuing with the Essiac tea on a steady state basis. Any other benefits the MMS might bring would be a bonus. Jack
