Guest guest
Hi Angel, Your take on MMS ->depletion minerals could well be a possibility. Not having experienced heart palpitations or pains around/in heart area, the only other thing that comes to mind is that I was thirsty, dry mouth..no amount of water I drank seemed to hydrate my body. Other symptoms I experienced were the blurred vision. wobbly legs, and the sensation of having a tight band around my head (as I had when mercury was the biggest problem years ago). When the fatigue decided to get serious, and the thirst/dry mouth started, it was pointed out to me that I perhaps needed mineral supplements. Potassium, and magnesium was what I added which took care of the dry mouth and thirst. Increased the potassium supps a little as well. With feeling better in that department, too many neurological niggly things stayed the same and the fatigue kept getting worse..... too many reminders of how i felt way back. BTW, since I stopped MMS, these problems have settled down, convincing me even more that mercury was stirred up from places where it was probably relatively 'safe' sitting around.. We probably need more testimonials and reports from people, describing as accurately as possible what is experienced at what dosages. How the dosages have been activated (lime, lemon, vinegar or citric acid).. what supplements are taken whilst on the MMS protocol etc., to be able to arrive at more conclusive outcomes to base the findings on. Hanneke You said: I thought " what if... " What if mms somehow causes minerals to be depleted? So I took a shot of " Vibe " , a vitamin mineral drink in the package. Felt better overall but not in heart. Started small amounts of potassium. Also some magnesium. Got to the point where heart felt okay! Still does! This may be SO important. Henneke, potassium deficiency can cause fatigue ... could your fatigue be from that and not mercury? Why would mms cause mineral depletion? Who knows? Cessium does. After mms goes through its process plain salt is left in the body ... could that unbalance potassium? If vinegar is used as activator it contains potassium. Some in lemon juice. But don't know about citric acid, which I've been using ... haven't looked it up yet.
