Lessons and Questions about MMS

Hi,

I'm a new poster to this forum as I have been lightly lurking here

for a few weeks. I've been taking MMS for about 3 weeks now.

I've been taking MMS twice a day in the following manner:

1. I muscle-test how many drops of MMS to take starting with the my

previous number. If I took 11 drops the last time, I first test for

11 drops and if it's strong, I test for 12 and so on.

2. Since the glass I put the mixture in has a flat bottom, I hold the

glass at an angle so the MMS drops coalesce into a single puddle.

3. While still holding the glass at an angle, I drop a solution of

one part citric acid to nine parts distilled water onto the MMS

puddle.

4. When finished with the dropping I set the glass on a dishwashing

rack at an angle for about 3 minutes. I usually set a timer at 2-3

minutes. This is because the MMS starts mixing with the Citric Acid

solution when I'm dropping the Citric Acid solution and I don't want

the mixture to go too long after 3 minutes as recommended.

5. After the timer goes off, I fill the glass with about 4 oz. of

water and drink it. Doesn't taste too good, but it's brief.

Right now I'm up to around 11-12 drops. I've gone beyond 12 on a

couple of occassions and it doesn't feel too good in the stomach.

I've tried drinking with apple juice and my stomach doesn't seem to

like that either.

Other lessons: Drinking this stuff on an empty stomach is the surest

way to get Diarrhea. It's happened twice already. It usually lasts a

day and I back off the number of MMS drops after such an episode.

I would like to get my MMS drops up to 15, but I appear to have hit a

wall. So my question is - could it be a matter of how much citric

acid I'm taking, the drink mixture or my body is not able to handle

that much MMS?

Should I try it with vinegar instead of the citric acid? Am I just

being impatient. I don't exercise very much, but I'm in generally

good health.

Any insights are more than welcome.
