Guest guest
thanks for all the detail Naomi, what if you really really have a problem with caffine? > > 3 tablespoons coffee (not decaf) in 1 qt water, boil 3 minutes, simmer 15 minutes, cool, strain, put in enema bucket (I find bucket easier to use, can get from medical supply). Let coffee run down to tip to get air out of tube then close tube. Lie on your right side, (liver side) on bathroom floor. Grease tip so it slides in easier. Insert. Try to hold 15 minutes. Take a pillow and a good book. Once you get the hang of it you can get a lot of good reading done. According to Charlotte Gerson, of the Gerson Cancer Therapy fame, do it at the sign of any discomfort and as often as you want. The caffeine jump starts the liver to dump the toxins so the liver is free to clean the blood. Not for the purpose of cleaning the colon. That's a different matter. > Naomi > > > > [ ] Detox > > > O.k. I am sick and tired of taking pills for detox that dont work. Guest guest
Caffeine has an entirely different effect going in the bottom as it does from the top. From the bottom it doesn't go through the digestive system. It shouldn't be a bother in an enema even if drinking it is a problem. Naomi [ ] Detox> > > O.k.
