No where near enough! I just measured and it came out to only a 1/4 cup! I realize in retrospect that my throat is a bit tender too. If you have some colloidal silver it would help to swish some in the

mouth a couple of times during the day.

Great for sunburn or any burns, as well as ordinary cuts and injuries.

Very cooling and soothing.
