Not the herxing but the results you are having. When you read the success others are having it really gives you hope. I have bought my MMS but haven't started. Starting right after Christmas. Have used it external with good results. Hope you continue your improvement and keep posting. Dianne

Guest guest
Hi Ava, I had lots of lumps in the breasts until I changed my diet 9 years ago to Vegan. Most of the lumps went away on a mostly raw vegan diet. However, one small one remaied which is definately getting smaller with MMS. Guest guest
Dear Rosemary, Thank you so much for continuing your reports on MMS. I got up to 9 drops twice a day and pretty much felt the same as you have described but the only good news in my case was the really good deep sleep. I decided to hold off until after the Christmas Holidays and then start again. I am also doing the salt/c for Lyme for 20 months now and will continue probably for the rest of my life. I have read your many improvements on your lymestrategies posts and am happy you are here to report your findings. Thanks again and please keep posting. Guest guest
I don't understand how many here write about the deep sleep they experience with MMS. I have heart palpations every night since starting MMS, even when taking the last dose in the afternoon. I used to sleep deeply but the MMS keeps me up for hours with this rapid and uncomfortable heart beat. Anyone else experience this? Guest guest
Hi, How long has this been going on? I worked up to 11 drops started have palpitations, figured it was the MMS causing this so went to Jim's web site and he said to back off until the palpitations stopped then start building up again. He thinks, and I agree, it's a form of detox reaction. I did back off and the palpitations pretty much stopped but now I occasionally have them. But it has not disturbed my sleep. I went back to 2 drops for several days and over a period of two weeks or so I have built back up to 7 drops. My wife has not had this problem at all. Guest guest
I have had the increased heart rate since I started taking MMS 5 days ago. I do have lots more energy but the rapid heart beat is very uncomfortable, not to mention the loss of sleep, and this is on a relatively low dose. I also have Lyme Disease so wondering if that might be a factor. A few others with LD have also reported this symptom. Someone from the LS forum site felt that MMS, being the strong oxidizer that it is, burns carbs at a higher rate. So if you normally burn carbs fast, which I'm sure I do (I have a high metabolism) then you might be getting a double whammy effect, of sorts. I will try to contact JH. Thanks. Guest guest
I was having the same problem with heart palps. I found that it helps to drop the dose and increase the amount of doses esp. at night. You find the dose where you are not having heart palps than take 2 doses 3 hours apart or so. It helped my sleep incredibly and I felt great the next day! Hope that helps you. Let me know if you try this. -- [ ] Re: MMS- 49 Days. Guest guest
Hi , This would drop me down to 1 drop because 2 drops yesterday PM caused raging palps throughout the night. I'm a bit hesitant but I'll give it a try and let you know. Thanks > > > > Dear Rosemary, > > > > Thank you so much for continuing your reports on MMS. Guest guest
I usually have a restless sleep until the middle of the night. I think it is from toxins. I take my MMS about an hour before bed. I have had some heart stuff that is different - similar to mild heart attack symptoms. Stopping the MMS for a couple of days and helping the heart makes it go away. This is why I'm at only 2 drops and trying to get to 3 drops. Guest guest
Taking MMS right before bed causes me to have poor sleep, too many vivid dreams, and restless legs. I have also had some palpitations also. I too am surprised that MMS promotes deep sleep, but we are dealing with different people and conditions, so there you go. jp >I don't understand how many here write about the deep sleep they > experience with MMS. Hi B, I guess that the brand name won't help you much 'cos its a South African grocery store item called No Salt. I don't have the container here with me to give you the brandname, gave the other half to a friend yesterday Tony > > > > > > On 14 Dec 2007 at 11:44, ballady4 wrote about : > > Subject : [ ] Re: MM > > <snip> > > > uncomfortable heart beat.
