I don't know how much I can help. I'm between 2 and 3 drops. I started

October 17. I experience die-off symptoms every day. I theorize that

if you have too many bugs, the MMS can't deal with the toxins that

killing them releases.

I never have had "die-off" symptoms, and I have had hcv 35 years, and lots of toxin exposure. I have heard that a plugged liver will keep you toxic- the liver can't finnish detoxing, and that a liver cleanse is helpful. You might be killing germs and they get recycled back into the system(?) I have done several of these, and usually get good results, especially in the beginning- with much relief. Google" Hulda s liver cleanse recipe". I use melatonin in place of the ornithine. If you do it, it is important to finnish through, and don't change anything else; "(words from a now wise man, right P?) One indication of a congested liver is a coated tongue. Once you do the cleanse, it helps to juice a

whole lemon 2-3 times a day, until clear. Took me about 3 weeks to clear last time I did so.

Hi Bent,

I feel that if you are killing more than your body can get rid of (even at small doses) you are raising your toxin load. Doing some detoxing would probably help you a lot. Do you do anything to detox right now? Coffee enemas, hot baths, saunas, supplements?

About the probiotics, I too have yeast/fungal issues and find when on higher doses my symptoms get worse. Everyone will jump all over this and tell you it doesn't kill the good stuff, but it certainly does something to bring it out. Have you noticed more yeast related symptoms since you started? If you have yeast issues you should be taking a lot of good probiotics anyway.

Hi I started with mms for a couple of weeks ago and I started with 0,5

drop, an now 2 weeks later Im still using 0,5 drop. I have yeast-

problem and an infection in my jaw-bone. I cant get rid of the

infection in the jaw-bone and I have tryed everything the last two

years. My experience so far with the mms is that I only have been in

worse shape than before I started with mms. I use lemonjuice and the

symptoms is like die-off symptoms. Jim said that you dont get die-off

symptoms using mms. But do anyone here have the same experience? And

do I have to take probiotics while taking mms? I know Jim said that

mms dont kill good bacterias, but Im not so sure...

Can anyone here please help mee?

I agree, and detoxing is a good idea. Brent you may want to try some

Epsom Salt baths, Bentonite baths, Bentonite clay by mouth (you'll

need to research this one), DMSO baths (you need to know the dos and

don'ts so that you don't add more toxins in when using it), and

research other ways to help you detox in order to increase your MMS

dose.

You can email me privately if you'd like more info. on those detoxes.

Most people definitely do get die-off symptoms. If you're two weeks on

a half drop, it indicates you'll be going pretty slow. If experiences

like yours are any indication, be prepared for a long, steady effort to

master and eliminate your disease.

Many people are up to 10 or 15 drops in a couple weeks time, with

manageable symptoms or none at all, so you should realize that it *IS*

working and that you have a lot more to work on than they do!

You already seem aware of the necessity of die-off reactions to

success. Please manage your symptoms and stay the course...

The jury is still out on that. Added probiotics shouldn't harm anything

and may help, particularly if your flora is already screwed up by what

ails you.

Honestly, at 1/2 drop doses I cannot imagine enough making it to the

gut to have *any* effect on the flora. On the other hand, might die-off

toxins have such an effect?

Drink lots of water to aid detox. Look into all the other things people

are suggesting to manage the die-off reactions... and keep at it!

I wish you well,

Also,

Chlorella is a good adjunct to help eliminate toxins when experiencing

" die-off " . I especially liked Chorella Pyrendiosa.
