I've contacted Sheri Nakken in the past and she had some book >recommendations so I'll probably get one at some point, but until I feel >confident that the remedies will work I feel it will probably be a waste of >money. first of all, welcome :-) i don't have any experience with asthma, so can't help you there. however, i have been slowly digging in to homeopathy, and i really believe in it, based on what i've seen in my kids and myself. primarily i have used hyland's teething and colic tabs on my kids, and they have been a great blessing. my 2 yo and 7 mo old have no idea that what i'm giving them is supposed to help with teething or cranking; shoot, my 2 yo thinks that teething tabs are candy! *L* currently, my baby has a runny nose that is making him miserable. according to a book i have, i determined that pulsatilla would help him. it is working *beautifully*. he sleeps well, the ickiness clears up, he breathes easier. i am amazed. give it a chance. :-) the remedies don't cost much, ime----around $5. well worth it! tami Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
