Hi Kathy, I hope you don't get discouraged by those numbers. It is

my understanding that the tests can actually reflect months past

activity, not current activity, especially liver cell death. The

fact that you are feeling this good (as well as I) means there is

relief to the liver.

There is a lab (I haven't used yet) called Great Smokey Mountain

Labs that actually measures liver function, and how well it is

doing, rather than cell death. Any doctor can send the blood work to

them.

Congratulations on the progress anyway. I'm getting to where I

rely on my feeling of well being and good digestion more so than

blood work.

I haven't had this good appetite in -years-; started thinking I

had cirrohsis (maybe I do), but obviously something is reversing the

trend. Nothing else has done so well for me.

Try a little dialogue with your set of viruses. Like " what are you here for? "

and work with that.

If there is no answer then you are quite entitled to tell them to go. " I have

no further need for

you. Thank you. You may leave now " .. Some of these things are trying to be

helpful or

protective and some are just parasitical.

You could give yourself a healing hug by place one hand on crown of your head

and other

hand on the place that needs healing. Leave hands in position for as long as

necessary. I

sometimes go to sleep like that. And I try to give myself a minute or two when I

wake. Boost

this by " breathing into " the hurt place.

Thank you Kathy for your comprehensive report. It sounds like great progress.

Some

questions: Are you getting enough exercise but within your energy limits? To get

the juices

flowing . Are you getting live food? eg sprouts, fresh veg and fruit. And are

you getting

enough protein?

Be Well,

Tony

Thanks, Tony, nice to see you understand the importance of nutrition and exercise.

I like the dialogue thing. I can do that. Add that to my meditations.

I have 2 refrigerators to house all the fresh fruits and vegetables and raw seeds and nuts.

One is commercial.

My sprouter and juicer are busy.

Protein seems to be an issue right now.

I'm thinking about tofu, making my own, have the soy milk maker and tofu maker.

I work out on an elliptical Nordic track. Love it.

It has 3 programmables. When I started, 3 was my upper, now I go to 6 or even 8 at peak.
