Guest guest
Reposting this, as I see more people are having the trouble... Heart Palpitations and Arrythmias Things that fix your heart, not in any particular order: CAYENNE, but I strongly suggest starting out with lower heat rated cayennes such as the common grocery store spices, or the organic 30,000 SHU cayenne from Frontier Co-op; you can add hotter cayennes as you develop a tolerance. SALT, real natural salt, not refined table salt. Magnesium citrate, taurate, chloride, orotate. Potassium; my experience is that dried fruit sources are best, particularly raisins and dates, but it can be gotten quick and cheap in any grocery store in the form of “Salt Substitute” made of potassium chloride, or “Cream of Tartar” which is Potassium bitartrate or potassium hydrogen tartrate. B vitamins, B12 especially, sublingual forms worked well for me. Calcium orotate Hawthorn: berries, bark, roots, just about any way you get any of it. My favortite is dried berries in 100% Agave Tequila. Denshen herb, a chinese remedy CoEnzyme Q10 Vitamin C, L-Ascorbic Acid and natural full spectrum food sources Lysine and Proline Taurine and L-Arginine- these two substances were pretty much the final thing that worked for me. Guest guest
Taurine is available from Source Naturals. I put it in my dog food recipes. The only C I take is Ester C from Natrol in capsules. The powder form is easier to digest. Is this OK?< Ester C is a brand name of a proprietary form of Calcium Ascorbate. There are other non-proprietary forms of Calcium Ascorbate sold by other makers. It is not a natural form of vitamin C and according to what I've read does not occur in nature. It upset my innards badly, I threw out the rest of it and never bought any more. Personally, I'll never buy or take it again. >2) where do I get Taurine (for humans)< I bought mine at the local GNC, which means I paid too much for it, but it was there when I needed it.
