Guest guest
Watch out folks, don't make too much of it and leave it in a dark bottle like I did. It will grow great big hairy balls of mold! Of course the mold will be killed when it is used to make Chlorine Dioxide, but still, who needs moldy citric acid solution? I'm now making it in smaller quantity and keeping it in a much smaller clear plastic contiainer, one of those itty-bitty Rubbermaid cups. Daddybob No virus found in this outgoing message. Guest guest
>Where are you storing it, Bob?< Mike- I had it sitting out on the countertop. Dumb thing to do as warm as it is here. Now I've got a lot less mixed up and it's still out on the countertop. I cleaned that bottle out today with activated MMS so I'll mix more soon and keep it chilled. Guest guest
I add a drop of MMS to the citric acid when I make it. This should make enough Chlorine Dioxide to kill off any mold in the small closed bottle I use, and it is not likely to come into contact with more mold spores. Dan From: [mailto: ] On Behalf Of M. Several weeks now, at least, and no mold. First batch molded like that after a week or two, sitting on a shelf in my office.Where are you storing it, Bob?Mike D.> Watch out folks, don't make too much of it and leave it in a dark bottle> like I did.
