Thanks, gail Hey Gail- I've been meaning to write about that too, so thanks for reminding me. With all the heart trouble I had, I had to figure out a protocol just for me and mine. We did this: at any given dosage that wasn't troublesome, we would start there on a Monday or Tuesday night and increase the dosage by one drop each night for three or four nights. Usually it was three nights because usually we ran into negative effects that we just don't need in our lives right now. Fr'instance: if my last troublesome dose was 8 drops, then I started over the next week at 7 drops, going to 9 by the third night. If I didn't hit trouble, then I'd go one more night to one higher drop. After that I usually ran into trouble so I took 3-4 days to rebuild myself with plenty of good things. As you can see, by doing this I was actually using a lot more MMS; I figure I was actually accomplishing more disease kill with much less Herxing. Last night was our third night this week; I took 12 drops, wife took 6. Neither of us had any terrible effects from it this week so we're good to go up a drop tonight.
