Guest guest
Hey Mike- Just my understandings, from what I've read, can't prove a word: There probably is no salt that is actually reclaimed from the world's oceans that has NO pollution in it, but some are certainly better than others, and the presence of ocean borne minerals MAY outweigh pollution concerns in the best of these salts. Mined salts from ancient deposits, salts that have the proper mix of other minerals in those deposits, salts that have been physically mined without being dissolved in water and then re-crystallized by high heat, are almost certainly more pollution free. Now here's where it goes out to un-provable...these salts have their original crystalline structure intact and they may resonate better with our bodies, thereby being more nutritious. Some go as far as to say that it is important that the mining was done by hand instead of machine. Everything, in the final analysis, is all about vibrations and frequencies. The idea in general is that refined sodium chloride never was what we were meant to eat. It goes right along with such ideas as that refined L-Ascorbic Acid will never do all for us that natural full spectrum food sources of C compounds will do for us.
