Would like to hear opinions on which is the best protocol in a general

sense. Assume the specific pathogen is not known. It seems they do the

same thing. Anyone have significant experience with both?

Hands down, MMS is MUCH stronger. MMS is not nourishing, but Salt/C is.

However, I'm rapidly coming to the conclusion that MMS is actually the most

nourishing thing I've ever done, because it is killing off things that were

competing with me for nourishment. Daddybob

So DaddyBob are you saying that you would continue the salt/c or not?I know what you mean about the critters trying to escape, I often have multiple outbreaks on the salt/c, would not miss that.ransley <ransley@...> wrote: >Would like to hear opinions on which is the best protocol in a general sense. Hi gang,

I did 36 months of salt & C. It was gruelling, but gave me back a

quality of life I haven't had in years.

I have been on MMS 48 days. I believe it is killing pathogens,

viruses, etc that salt & C was not killing. I tried doing the MMS

morning and night with salt & C during the day, but found it too much

for me. Now I am doing MMS morning and night. I got up to 15 drops,

but found I was constantly nauseous and depressed. I am coping at 9

drops morning and night.

On the good side, all my warts fell off within a few days, my skin is

so soft all over it feels like velevety baby's skin. My salavia is

coming back after years of very little saliva and probable Sjogren's

Syndrom. I am getting pimples, which may sound bad, but I haven't

had enough moisture in my skin to get pimples!

MMS makes me feel a bit spaced out and very tired, but I believe it

is killing major stuff which nothing else has come close to killing.

Rosemary.

My experience with both protocols: Since I am only able to tolerate small doses of MMS at this time (4-5 drops) I need the salt/c to get the bigger critters. I notice when I take the salt/c I get critter die-off (don't ask me how) that I do not get at this lower dose of MMS.

A little food for thought for those like me on low dose MMS and are concerned about parasites.

Pimples and all kinds of skin eruptions have happened to me with many

methods. MMS still gave me a few pimples, particularly on top of my head

near my crown, and on the calf of my right leg. It also made my butt itch

terrifically in two places. All that seems to have subsided now.
