Guest guest
I recently read testimonials about using essential oils (I believe it was frankincense) to get rid of cysts. Be sure to buy the good stuff -- apparently there are a lot of oils out there with fillers, etc.If interested, send me an email off list and I will look up the information (which oil and the results).Margaret

Guest guest
Well with my health history of adrenal insufficieny this definately could be a problem for me. I have been taking less and less of the table salt because it has iodine in it and using sea salt. I will try some table salt tonight. I take salt when I start to become adrenal insufficient. People with adrenal problems don't absorb salt that well. Thanks for the reminder. Sharon > > ebay sells for 5$ emergency iodine supplement just in case of nuke diaster that will give your thyroid 4 months worth of table salt iodine to saturate it and prevent absorbtion of natural radioactive iodine that causes cancer. Knowing that I took a few of those just to see if I would feel better as my hormones are declining (iodine is used to procuce hormones) and bingo I did need some because after taking two pills I developed acne for the first time in my life. If one has the slightest suspicsion that lack of iodine causes anythign including cytst it does not cost much to test for that
Guest guest
Doug, What percentage Lugols are you taking - 2% or 5%? Also, did you have any thyroid issues prior to dosing? Guest guest
my brain doesn't work so well anymore can you tell me what PS is? Thanks Sharon " Sharon, try the PS. It worked great for my family because of the adrenal issue. You start with double the normal dose (2-2x?day) and once you get regulated you lower to a maintenance dose. Guest guest
Okay, no problem. Mine is 5% and they also make it in 2%. Just wondering what percentage the 4 drops a day is based on. Guest guest
Hi Dana, http://www.jcrowsmarketplace.com/ This is where I bought mine (per Jnanda). They sell both 2% and 5% Lugols. Since they don't differentiate one as being " standard " I was confused, although the 2% doesn't have a label so maybe that is telling. No matter, I'm taking the 5% so will proceed with 2 drops for now since I also take Armour. Thanks, Ballady > > Hi Ballady- > > Standard Lugol's is the 5% solution. The weaker one isn't standard Lugol's. > The standard for Lugol's is 2 drops = 12.5 mg iodine - same as one tablet of > Iodoral. > > Dana > > > > _____ > > From: > [mailto: ] On Behalf Of ballady4 > > > > Okay, no problem.
