Thanks ,

I read the parasite site, and the author does not recommend any but salt tablets, though I would prefer to use Celtic sea salt. I need the trace minerals, and historically those were included for previous millenia, I can't imagine why they would cause any problems. Sounds as though you agree with that, ANY whole and complete, unprocessed salt.

This is putting pieces of the puzzle together for me, as I'd look at--and tried-- a salt and water protocol previously for a few days, and it was working for me, but it was too hard to follow the 2 1/2 hour protocol precisely, so I gave it away. But I kept the protocol, planning to return to it. I used Celtic sea salt with that.

The nice thing about the MMS thus far is that after about a week (and up to 15 drops 1x/day), I am not so hungry for junk food.

Kind regards,

Has anyone used either or both of these products? What's the verdict?

Thanks,

Hi,

I'm not but I've been on Salt/C for about 18 months, now just a

maintenance dose. You are not limited to salt tabs but can use any

pure salt (Celtic if fine). I really like the red Tibetan Himalayan

salt. With the salt tabs you would need to add minerals.

The important thing with this protocol is to start slow and ramp up

according to your tolerance. Herxing can be brutal.

if you are constipated or just want to clean the bowel out. It is

better than the other products on the market that are similar and make

the same claims. I used to use it every night before bed. Don't use

anymore as I don't need it. I take enough magnesium and vit. C and

MMS to keep me going.

Thanks, that's great! Did you get up to the full dosage for your body weight? Was it hard?

Hi,

Yes, I did - get to a full dose for body weight - and it wasn't that

difficult, but I arrived there slowly, as suggested. I did have a

problem with diarrhea but that was from the increased Vitamin C, so I

just cut back on that.
